Return Policy

Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:

  • All returns will be refunded via STORE CREDIT in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Please be advised all returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s)
  • Items must be sent back WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.Items must be free of stains, makeup or deodorant.
  • If your return item(s) are without a tag, worn or damaged in any way we will NOT BE ABLE TO SEND YOU A E-GIFT CODE.
  • Only one time return per order (please make sure to select your sizing correctly and read our detailed description in order to avoid unnecessary returns. Remember there is 20% restocking fee for all returned items)
  • Items paid with store credit will only be exchanged ONCE.
  • Please note that we DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS for bodysuits, swimwear and undergarments.
  • Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are also non-returnable.
  • All items under sale are considered final sale.
  • DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS for items purchased under sale.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Please provide us with your order number and a description of the issue along with clear photos of the damaged item.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!

  • Buvantii is NOT liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. We are not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center.
  • PleaseKEEP YOUR PROOF OF POSTAGE AND/OR TRACKING NUMBER when shipping back your returns. At least until we have emailed that we have received your return.
  • Should you choose to return, Buvantii does not provide prepaid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
  • To return by mail– Place item(s) you would like to return in the original packaging and send it with the carrier of your choice. Make sure the items are properly packaged to avoid items being lost or damaged along the way.
  • Please keep in mind that if you have bought an item on SALE or used a DISCOUNT CODE, you will receive an e-gift code for the amount that you paid at the AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

  • Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center.

Returned to Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if

  • An address is invalid or missing information
  • The carrier is unable to deliver your package
  • The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Items returned to us or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department.

Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

Buvantii does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Buvantii reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Buvantii reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Buvantii items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.

Shoe Return Policy

We accept shoe returns up to 14 days after delivery of your order so long as the shoes are unworn, show no signs of wear, and are returned in their original packaging along with the original packing slip, after completing the return form.

Final Sale Items

All items tagged Final Sale cannot be returned for store credit and are non-returnable including but not limited to Pre Black Friday, Black Friday, End Of Season, Cyber Monday Sales, Clearance, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories.

Exchanges

Because we can’t ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the Distribution Center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail.

Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) in accordance with our Returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued.

Damaged Items

Should you receive a damaged item(s), please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and add the attachment to the email along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your Order Number. Once we receive your request and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please submit a request via email within two (2) days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.
