Buvantii is not responsible for shipment delays when special weather conditions are in the way of the traffic area for final destination.

All our sales are final sale. We do not accept any returns for items purchased under SALE (no exceptions)

Our team severely inspects each item before shipping. If you receive a damaged item you will need to take pictures of the packaging and item within 2 days of delivery. please provide us with your order number and a description of the issue along with CLEAR photos. Our team will assist you and if we have deemed that the item was damaged during transit we will start a claim with the shipping company. If not, you will need to ship back the item to us and we will issue you store credit in the form of an E-gift card code. As we do not accept any exchanges, you’re welcome to re-order the same item using your store credit.
